My visit to the hotel was primarily for a relaxing getaway. While I appreciated the overall experience, I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food served. Unfortunately, I encountered several inconveniences, including a non-functional landline, inadequate ventilation, and a malfunctioning exhaust fan in the washroom. These issues impacted my stay, especially since I was unable to order meals easily. The staff's behavior was commendable, and their attentiveness added a positive touch.
